Thank you for your interest in joining the Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville. HBAGK serves 17 counties in East TN and our mission is to represent and promote the residential construction industry through education, advocacy and community involvement. New members are accepted throughout the year and your dues include official memberships with HBA of Tennessee and National Association of Home Builders.

We invite you to use this online application to become a Member. Builder and Associate Members support the work of HBAGK through their recurring annual dues payments. All Members pay an annual $690 fee by credit card or bank draft throughout the life of their membership. HBAGK Members receive a wide range of benefits and services and are the heart and soul of the Association.

For individuals or corporations whose principal business is residential or commercial construction, residential or commercial remodeling, or the development of land. Builder members must have an active contractors license with TN Board of Licensing Contractors.

Associate Membership $ 690
For individuals or corporations whose interests are compatible with the building industry.

BIPAC Contribution $36 one time
The Building Industry Political Action Committee (BIPAC) of HBAGK works hard to monitor what government is doing at the local and state level to keep you informed on issues that will impact your ability to do business. It is our goal to support leaders that understand issues that affect the home building industry and oppose those leaders that would hinder our businesses. We need your help to ensure we elect leaders who support and understand business, property rights, the need for affordable housing, and the impact burdensome fees can have on homeownership. In order to opt out please call the HBAGK office.

Governmental Affairs $100 one time
My name is Josh Sanderson and I proudly served as the 2023 President of the Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville. The most important objective we strive to achieve as a home builder’s association is fighting any and all additional regulations that affect home building and development. So, we have to fight…..and I’m not saying money will solve the problem, but money will get us a seat at the table for us educate the powers that be to make informed decision. This association and I are dedicated to this fight, but we can’t do this without you and your support. I ask that you make this small donation to the association so we can fight.

The PWB Council is the voice of women in the home building industry - dedicated to promoting industry professionalism and supporting members at the local, state and national levels. Membership with HBAGK is required to join the PWB Council.
