My name is Bennett Monroe, a dedicated DuPont Tyvek Specialist based in Knoxville, TN, proudly contributing my expertise to Dealers Warehouse Corporation for the past year. With a focus on weatherization and comprehensive building envelope solutions, I bring critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure optimal performance in weather resistive barriers, flashing products, and general water holdout. As a specialist, my role revolves around providing innovative and effective weatherization solutions. I am a 20 plus year Knoxville resident & native East Tennessean. I specialize in residential sales & property management.

Having been in management and process improvement for over 12 years, I specialize in ensuring a seamless experience from in home consultation to instillation. I also have the ability to set you up with not only window treatments, but flooring, cabinets, and counter tops!

I have over 40 years in the design, Inspection and building of homes. Since 2018 I have been specializing
in log home. I work with the home owner to help them through the total build prosses to understand what it takes to get their log home dream.

Cindy’s first professional career was in the medical field. She was a Respiratory Therapist for 30 years and as her career was nearing the 30th year, she knew it was time for a career change.  Real estate was the perfect solution because it combined her love for architecture with a flexible schedule.
Cindy lives in Farragut, Tennessee. When she isn’t settling the specifics of a real estate deal for her busy clients, she enjoys walking her Goldendoodles, and volunteering with area groups and causes such as Emerald Youth Foundation, Child Help, Wesley House, Charity Chicks, and Farragut Rotary.
Cindy’s background and stellar service record make her a sought-after agent among medical and other high-level professionals, but that isn’t the main reason her clients appreciate her.  She believes in treating all people with dignity, friendship, and a smile, no matter their walk in life.  

Lynnsey McCarter is the VP of Growth and Business Development and Director of Development Services for our Knoxville office, serving clients in both Knoxville and Atlanta. As an Advisor with Engel & Völkers Knoxville, she specializes in the East Tennessee market. With over a decade of experience in real estate, particularly in new construction, Lynnsey is an invaluable asset to builders and developers, helping them navigate project needs while ensuring smooth transitions for clients.
As a mother of three boys, she draws inspiration from her family to excel both personally and professionally. Her love for travel enriches her understanding of diverse cultures, enabling her to effectively serve clients in both markets.
