THDA Starter Home Revolving Loan Fund

THDA is rolling out a new THDA Starter Home Revolving Loan Fund to support builders developing entry-level housing. As part of the program development, we would like to gather feedback from a few active builders who are working in this space.

The goal of this meeting is to:

• Briefly introduce the structure and purpose of the new revolving loan fund
• Discuss how the program could best support builders constructing starter homes
• Gather practical feedback from builders regarding financing structure, timelines, and program design
• Identify any potential challenges or improvements before the program is fully launched.

The meeting should take approximately 45–60 minutes and will be held virtually on Thursday March 26^th at 2pm EST.

Your input will be extremely valuable in ensuring this program is structured to truly support builders and expand the supply of attainable housing across Tennessee.
