Becky Snyder, Loomis Construction
Becky is a graduate of Carson Newman with a BA in Communications. She is a wife and mother to two precious little boys. As a second-generation builder, Becky is President of Loomis Construction. She holds her own GC license as well as a Real Estate license. She was awarded Builder of the Year in 2021 and is the current 2024 President of HBAGK. This year her team finished building the Knox County Isaiah 117 House, changing the way foster care begins. She sits on the board for the Smoky Mountain Boys & Girls Club where she is involved with Girl’s Empowerment and the annual Festival of Trees in Gatlinburg.

Deborah Stroud, Southland Home Loans
Deborah grew up in the industry. She has a passion for new construction and loves helping people achieve the dream of homeownership. A builder’s daughter, she started her real estate career right after graduating from the University of Tennessee in 1989. Combined she has 35 years of Real Estate/ Mortgage experience. She entered the mortgage industry in 2000 at Countrywide Home Loans and is currently the Team Lead at Southland Home Loans. On a personal level is married to Bob Stroud and they have a lovely daughter Ashley Stroud. Fun fact- her hobby is art.
