Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) June 15-17, 2010 (3 Day course)
Master the craft of successful selling. This professional-level course is designed for specialists in new home sales. You will gain a broad understanding of the home building business, discuss consumer psychology, and learn the advanced techniques used by real estate veterans for greeting, closing and overcoming objections.
As a graduate of this course, you will be able to define and describe the:

• Role of the Critical Path to Successful Selling in the new home sales environment

This is a three-day course that requires attendance ALL 3 DAYS to receive NAHB designation credit.
Registration deadline is 8 days prior to each class date. PAYMENT IS DUE WITH REGISTRATION. Please arrive on time for required paperwork.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing by the HBAGK office a minimum of 8 days prior to the course date to process a refund. ALL cancellations are subject to a $75 processing fee. Registration cannot be transferred to other courses, dates or individuals.
