We are excited to announce open sales for the official 2026 HBAGK Parade of Homes magazine and encourage you to advertise your business in our annual publication for the BEST new homes sales promotion in East Tennessee. Loyal customers know and trust our Parade to learn about the latest trends and products in the homebuilding industry!

All advertisers receive a free banner ad on the HBAGK website as part of your purchase! Please note the 20% discount for HBAGK members (including premium pages sold via auction except the cover package), a benefit of membership in the association.

- Camera-ready Ad Deadline: July 17, 2026 @ 2 pm
**All ad pricing is net. Make payments to HBAGK, due in full by 2 pm, July 13th. All ads are full color at no additional charge. Magazine ads should be submitted as PDF files and saved with CMYK color at 300 dpi (fonts must be embedded).
Final, camera-ready art as described above should be emailed to Ashley Burnette at aburnette@hbaknoxville.com. (Early submissions are appreciated!)
