Position Overview
Bestbath Systems, Inc., a leading manufacturer of fiberglass showers and bathtubs headquartered in Caldwell, Idaho, is seeking a Regional Dealer Sales Manager to expand our dealer network across the Southeast. For more than 50 years, Bestbath has delivered high-quality bathing solutions known for their durability, modern design, and ease of installation, serving residential construction and remodeling markets across the country.
This role is responsible for developing and supporting independent dealer partners serving markets such as single-family construction, remodeling, kitchen & bath showrooms, and specialty bath dealers, while also supporting opportunities in aging-in-place and accessible bathing solutions. The Regional Dealer Sales Manager will recruit new dealers, strengthen relationships with existing partners, and provide product training and field support to help dealers grow their businesses while increasing demand for Bestbath products.
The ideal candidate has experience in building materials, remodeling products, plumbing fixtures, or kitchen and bath sales and brings strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills. Success in this role requires proactive prospecting, strong territory management, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Recruit, develop, and support independent dealer partners

Grow sales within an assigned Southeast territory

Provide product training and sales support to dealer teams

Build relationships with contractors, remodelers, distributors, and kitchen & bath showrooms

Track opportunities and customer activity using CRM and ERP systems

Represent Bestbath at regional and national trade associations and trade shows
