We’re a boutique home builder in West Knoxville looking for a full-time, on-site Project Design Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves beautiful homes, thoughtful details, and being part of a close-knit, high-performing team.
You’ll work closely with our clients as they bring their dream homes to life — helping guide selections, coordinate design details, and keep projects moving smoothly from concept to completion. Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate with homeowners, trade partners, and our field team to manage timelines, track information, and ensure every detail aligns with the vision and goals for each home.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple moving pieces, and takes pride in keeping projects organized, clear, and on track. Every home we build is personal — and this role plays a meaningful part in creating an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in project coordination or project management
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients and field teams
- Background, knowledge, or genuine passion for new home construction and design
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Tech-comfortable and teachable, with proficiency (or willingness to learn quickly) in Excel, Google Sheets, and builder platforms such as CoConstruct
- Ability to collaborate well within a team and bring positive energy to the process
